School & Daycare Speech Pathology Partnerships

As one of the speech pathologists in schools across the Eastern Suburbs, I work alongside schools and daycares to support children's speech, language and literacy development in the environments where they learn every day. As a paediatric speech therapist, I believe early identification and a team approach — connecting me, families and educators — leads to the best outcomes for children.

Whether you're a daycare director noticing a child isn't meeting their communication milestones, or a teacher supporting a student who's falling behind in reading, I can help.

How I can help

I believe the earlier a difficulty is identified, the easier it is to support — which is why I work alongside educators, not just in a clinic room. Here's how speech pathologists in schools like me partner with daycares and schools to support your students.

Why Partner With Connection Matters

Children spend a lot of time at school or daycare — which makes educators some of the first people to notice a communication or literacy difficulty. Partnering with speech pathologists in schools and daycares means means:

  • earlier identification, before challenges compound

  • more confident, better-equipped teaching staff

  • a smoother pathway for families who need extra support

  • fewer disruptions to learning and classroom management
